Our journey through life may take us through some deep valleys. It’s a comfort to know that God is sovereign and He is in control. Jesus tells us that in this world we will have tribulation, but we don’t need to become discouraged. He commands us to take courage because He has overcome the world and, if we are in Him, then we too shall overcome. What’s a difficult situation you’re facing? Don’t give in to your fears, but choose to trust in Him.

Do not fear, for I am with you; do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41:10)
