Preach the Law until they are convicted, then preach Grace until they are converted.

Jesus provided for us the model of evangelism. To those who were proud and self-righteous, He presented the law (Mark 10:17-27) and to the humble and contrite in spirit, He presented grace (John 8:3-11). May we do the same having the proper measure of grace and truth depending upon the circumstances:

And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 1:14)
