I arrived in Stuttgart about 9 a.m. this morning and my friend Markus was waiting to pick me up, it’s good to reconnect with my friends in Germany. We went to a Jugend Konferenz (youth conference) in the morning and then Markus took me to a beautiful German restaurant “Muckenstuble” between Kortal and Stuttgart. Here’s a review of the restaurant: “Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht über die Freundlichkeit des Personals , sowie den persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Chef, der sich mit um uns gekümmert hatte.” Thanks for the great lunch Markus!

In the afternoon I hiked up to the top of Gruner Heiner which is a small mountain in Baden-Württemberg. It is actually an artificial hill built from rubble from World War II. The last time I was at Korntal I had a great time in prayer on top of Gruner Heiner and it was good to return and remember that special time.
