Nothing should be prized more highly than the value of each day.
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
Yesterday is a history, tomorrow is a mystery, each day is a gift— that’s why it’s called the present. Do you see each day as a present? We have a tendency to underestimate the value of each day. Regardless of your position in life, each of us has only 24 hours per day – time is the great equalizer.
How are you investing your time? We live in an age of dramatic distraction and it’s essential that we use our time wisely, for your days are your life in miniature. The Apostle Paul encouraged us to walk in wisdom,
Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil. (Ephesians 5:15-16)
