We have a tendency to focus on the negative. When we take a step back and learn how to detach emotionally, then we can start to see the situation from God’s perspective. We must realize that God is sovereign and He is in control. Jesus came to bring light into a dark world and give us hope.

The people who walk in darkness will see a great light; those who live in a dark land, the light will shine on them. (Isaiah 9:2)
