I am eagerly looking forward to the Global Leadership Summit and as I was reflecting on reasons why I enjoy the Summit it is because I gain a number of great ideas that I can incorporate in my life and ministry. It’s a time of inspiration, edification, and new ideas.
Bill Hybels writes, “Leaders traffic in idea creation. The best leaders I know are ferociously disciplined about seeking them out and incredibly committed to stewarding them well” (Axiom, p. 43). You may have tried 99 ways to solve a problem but the solution may be realized in idea number 100 – keep pressing on. God wants to work in your life and ministry more than you can imagine,
but just as it is written, “THINGS WHICH EYE HAS NOT SEEN AND EAR HAS NOT HEARD, AND which HAVE NOT ENTERED THE HEART OF MAN, ALL THAT GOD HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM.” (1 Corinthians 2:9)
Don’t settle for less than what God wants to do in and through your life and ministry – He wants to do great and mighty things through you,
Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, (Ephesians 3:20)
God is able to give you great ideas that you can’t even imagine – make time for Him.
Where do you discover your best ideas?
